Booking and deposit
A non-refundable session deposit reserves your date. Deposits are credited against the total session fee.
Cancellation
Cancel more than 14 days before the session and the deposit transfers to a future date within twelve months. Inside 14 days, the deposit is forfeited.
Usage rights
Final retouched images are delivered with a print release for personal and editorial use. Commercial use requires a separate license. Rex retains copyright and the right to use unrestricted images for portfolio and promotion.
Model release
A model release is signed at the session. Boudoir clients may opt out of any portfolio or social use; nothing publishes from a boudoir session without explicit written consent.
